I’ve just discovered that the paperback version of “Bit Players” is no longer listed on Amazon.co.uk or other European Amazon sites. This is annoying. I am looking into ways to fix this, but it looks like it could take some time. Meanwhile, UK buyers can still get the e-book from Amazon.co.uk, or order the paperback directly from the US supplier, using this website. Although the price will be listed in dollars, the book can be shipped to the UK. Sorry for the inconvenience!
